G-Tech Solutions tries to understand the need of the industry and provides relevant solution to meet such needs. One of the needs of the industry is to get entry-level programmers who are employable from day one.

Accordingly G-Tech Solutions in collaboration with industry trainers and practitioners have introduced an intern program for entry-level students. This program is called “51 sessions to achieve practical ASP.NET expertise”.

Post the 51 session which will be completed in 10 weeks, the interns will be placed on live projects/products within the organization or with partner companies which will allow the interns to implement their knowledge in real projects/products.

The intern period will be for 6 months and the interns will get a stipend of Rs. 5,000/- p.m. for the intern period. Post the intern period the student/employee can continue with the corporate if there is a need and is ready to extend the working arrangements.

Brief Coverage of the program is as follows:

• Industry coding methods in the area of ASP .Net MVC + SQL Server Database inclusive of project management principles.
• Sessions will cover the following :
• What to do before going for the interview?
• What to do during the interview?
• How to close the interview with positive results?
• Most likely questions that will be asked during the Interview and how to answer the same.
• Special 3 sessions on meeting with best known I.T.Heads of the Company wherein they will share their experience and expectations directly with the students.

The Group size will be very small and personal attention will be given to all the students.
